Office Manager – Part Time

Description

Posture Interactive seeks a self-disciplined, numbers-loving, organizational wizard who can work independently yet can also support a crazy fun team in a fast-paced office environment.

In this role, you’ll work to support our staff with producing reports, project estimates and invoices along with tackling the organizational and administrative tasks needed to keep the office humming.

Required Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet/organizational software
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, AR/AP
  • Confidentiality with sensitive information, records, and reports
  • Passion to pitch in where needed and continually improve existing processes

Benefits
